Prepared submission materials for Food & Drug Administration Phase I-III pharmaceutical Reviews. Reversed default termination by government agency against equipment manufacturer. Successful with government bid protest and uncovered improper government procurement practices.
Contract Law
Advised National Park concessionaire regarding an intellectual property contract dispute. Mergers and acquisitions with biopharmaceuticals and fortune 500 manufacturing companies.
Start-Up Law
Successfully defended car-sharing lawsuits over conditional use permitting, licensing, taxes, and fees sought by local municipalities. Achieved dismissal of criminal ordinance violations against start-up. Served as general counsel for tech start-up associated with multi-billion dollar reinsurance company.
Pro Bono
Supports construction based vocational training programs for low income and at-risk youth. Removed barriers to employment, such as expunging prior arrests and convictions. Active with Maui County Bar Association for Lahaina Wildfire relief.
